Common Milkweed

Common milkweed (Asclepias syriaca) is a tall, robust native perennial known for its large, oppositely arranged leaves with a milky sap, fragrant ball-like clusters of pink to purple flowers, and warty seed pods that release silky-haired seeds, crucial for Monarch butterflies but toxic if ingested by others, thriving in sunny, disturbed areas like roadsides and fields.

Single plants will come in plastic pots approx. 2"x 2".
