Tall Coreopsis

Tall Coreopsis (Coreopsis tripteris) is a striking, tall perennial wildflower, reaching 4-8 feet, known for its abundant bright yellow, daisy-like flowers with reddish centers that bloom late summer into fall, attracting pollinators and birds with its nectar and seeds, featuring distinctive three-lobed leaves and sometimes developing a sweet anise scent, though it can spread aggressively via rhizomes and self-seeding.
